Icon Extractor makes it possible to extract the icons or other images (bitmaps, cursors, etc.) from any file (exe, dll, icl, ico, etc.). Once the icons have been extracted they are shown in the Icon Extractor window. Then they can be saved as separate icon files, bitmap files or copied to the Windows clipboard to be pasted into any application that will accept images.
